Be Mine

Oh Ryan, but of course! He is growing too fast! This is Ryan's second valentine's day at school so we decided to do something different for his card this year and make something more personalized for his school pals.

We had fun during this shoot and look at those eyes how could you say no to him!

Tomorrow we will be shooting Stacy and his valentine's for mommy, there will be a kissing booth and a cool white chair we bought for this occasion. I can't wait to show you all those pics as well.

I would love to see your children's valentine's, please comment with a link to your blog.

Thanks for stopping by,
Daisy

Smile.....okay don't!

Yesterday I was outside with my camera and along came my happy and spunky 2 year old Ryan! He was all excited about getting to play outside when all of a sudden mommy said, "smile for the camera"  and this what he did! I swear he is NOT a fan of the mamarazzi he has! LOL!

This was also right before he left for his haircut too! Toddlers are so emotional and show it well too! :)

Thanks for visiting! :)

Potty Training....ughhh!

I am so upset that for the first time in my life as a parent I feel like a failure. I am at the point of tears. I try every day to potty training Ryan and we FAIL every time!! It's funny how this one works because he has to do it all on his own and I can't baby him at all...we are learning to grow up together and it's HARD!

I feel like a am doing it all wrong. It would be easy to just give up and try later but then what if the same thing happens. I will be researching this all day and see what can I do to motivate him.

Please send us good potty vibes!! :)

What RYAN did this week!

I promise there is never a dull moment with this lil guy. So in his honor I think I should do a weekly post called, "What RYAN did this week!" because their are plenty of moments.

So this week first he wanted to be like daddy and "SHAVE". Well he shaved the side of his head. LOL!

Tonight he decided to get an early start on Halloween, I guess he choose to be a Ghost! LOL!

(Yeah those are orthpedic shoes....that will be tomorrow's post!)

Thanks for looking!

Pacifer Addiction

Yes, Ryan is 17 months and LOVES his paci to no end. I don't know who is more addicted to it, him or me. Not that I would let me have it till he is 5 but for now it does not bother me. Our doctor says he can keep it until 2 yrs old because taking it away before might not be a good idea in her opinion.

My only fear is that baby #2 is coming 2 months before he turns 2 and that he might see her/him with the paci and take it away and use it. lol! Any suggestions?

So I decided to share Pics of RYan and his beloved PACI!

Thanks for visiting and don't forget that our BLOG BASH STARTS NEXT WEEK!!

"Won't Be Little Forever"

I suppose when I was pregnant with Ryan I was so anxious to be a mommy and meet him and get our life together started that I felt that I was rushing everything and every moment. For example when I was 20 weeks I as already reading about week 24 and how exciting they things he would be doing that week would be. Yep.....I was very impatient, I must admit.

When he was born I was ready for him to crawl. When he crawled I was like lets walk now. LOL! Now he RUNS and I find myself saying SLOW DOWN BUDDY you are growing to fast.

I often find myself in tears when I think about how soon he will have a sibling and they will grow so fast and one day no longer need me. How at his first day of school I will be the one in tears and he might be the one consoling me. It breaks my heart to think that one days he won't want me kisses and tells me "please mom don't call me baby in front of my friends."

I have to accept that is how life works and I have to cherish these moments we share now and how grateful I am to be a Stay at Home Mom and be there for him every moment.

Here is Ryan at one week old:

As the saying goes they "won't be little forever".
