Quick TIP: Buy really small containers so you can store servings separately.
Baby's First Veggies
1tsp Olive Oil ( I opted for Chicken Broth)
1 large peeled and chopped carrot
1 potato peeled and chopped
1 tbsp peas, fresh or frozen
2 tbsp corn kernels frozen or canned (UNSALTED)
4 tbsp. of baby water
(4-6 month old baby recipe)
Heat the olive oil (or chicken broth) in a small pan over medium heat. Add the carrot and fry until soft, about 5 min.1tsp Olive Oil ( I opted for Chicken Broth)

4 tbsp. of baby water

Add the potato, peas, corn, and water and stir to mix. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for about 15 mins, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
Puree by pushing through a sieve or by using a blender. Add a little more water if a thinner consistency is preferred.
This recipe makes 4 servings for a 4 month old and 1 serving for a 6 month old.
Storage: 24hrs in refrigerator and 4 weeks in freezer.
