My Body After Baby 2010 Goals

I'd be lying if I didn't say that I was and AM dreading the end of they year.
It is time to kick my booty in gear and there is A LOT of booty to kick this year! (sigh)

Its astonishing what babies do to a woman's body.....I would describe my body now as BLAH! LOL! My son took my body and twisted each and every end of it until he came out.....and now I am left here with the aftermath of HURRICANE RYAN....DAMN YOU HEIDI KLUM!

It something about wanting to look cute in stuff instead of trying to HIDE every imperfection. I would like to say I would be my worst critic and I won't be less harsh this year.

I want that perky booty...nice legs, slim waist and BOOM body I suppose....so it's goodbye to you Mr. Bread, Mr. Snickers, Miss Peppermint Bark and I will be seeing you less Mr. Pepsi(I just can't let that one go completely! LOL)

My biggest hurdle will be actually getting my butt into gear and working out 4-5 times a week. I always occupy my time with other things.
Goals:
  • Exercise a minimum of 4x/week anywhere including STAIRS and JUMP PROGRAM.
  • Drink more water a day LESS PEPSI!
  • Lose 15 pounds by April 2nd, Ryan's first birthday. This will be sooo hard for me but......I HAVE TO DO IT!
Plan:
  • Exercise 4 (Ideally I would love to get in 5 or 6!) days a week.
  • Stop Snacking and eat solid meals.
  • Less Fast Food and More home cooking.
  • Portions.
  • Carry my water bottle with me everywhere! (A MUST)
  • Keep track of everything. Keeping myself accountable.
I will be going through all my workout stuff and create a plan which I will share.

Also if anyone has any questions let me know I would love to help you out too!

(Wait a minute now that I am seeing this picture hubby needs body after baby too...because he no longer looks like that! LOL)

I am about 30 pounds overweight! (now crying).

My over all Goal is just feel better about myself and be a healthier and more active person.

Here goes nothing....now I am motivated this is exactly what i needed!

  1. I am too tyring to talk my hubby into joining the challenge with me. We will see. I too have 30 lbs. to lose. Wish you luck, or should I say wish you will power :)

  2. oh I want that body too! :) It is amazing waht happens to our bodies once we have kids- it totally changes!
