My Body After Baby 2010 Goals

I'd be lying if I didn't say that I was and AM dreading the end of they year.
It is time to kick my booty in gear and there is A LOT of booty to kick this year! (sigh)

Its astonishing what babies do to a woman's body.....I would describe my body now as BLAH! LOL! My son took my body and twisted each and every end of it until he came out.....and now I am left here with the aftermath of HURRICANE RYAN....DAMN YOU HEIDI KLUM!

It something about wanting to look cute in stuff instead of trying to HIDE every imperfection. I would like to say I would be my worst critic and I won't be less harsh this year.

I want that perky booty...nice legs, slim waist and BOOM body I suppose....so it's goodbye to you Mr. Bread, Mr. Snickers, Miss Peppermint Bark and I will be seeing you less Mr. Pepsi(I just can't let that one go completely! LOL)

HELLO DENISE AUSTIN and FIT TV!

My biggest hurdle will be actually getting my butt into gear and working out 4-5 times a week. I always occupy my time with other things.
Goals:

• Exercise a minimum of 4x/week anywhere including STAIRS and JUMP PROGRAM.
• Drink more water a day LESS PEPSI!
• Lose 15 pounds by April 2nd, Ryan's first birthday. This will be sooo hard for me but......I HAVE TO DO IT!

Plan:

• Exercise 4 (Ideally I would love to get in 5 or 6!) days a week.
  
• Stop Snacking and eat solid meals.
• Less Fast Food and More home cooking.
• Portions.
  
• Carry my water bottle with me everywhere! (A MUST)
  
• Keep track of everything. Keeping myself accountable.

I will be going through all my workout stuff and create a plan which I will share.

Also if anyone has any questions let me know I would love to help you out too!

I am about 30 pounds overweight! (now crying).

My over all Goal is just feel better about myself and be a healthier and more active person.

Here goes nothing....now I am motivated this is exactly what i needed!

New Year!! HAPPY OLD YEAR!

Saying goodbye to this year is Bitter-Sweet for me.

I had a lot of good things happen to me this year as opposed to the previous year.

My bow business took off and I am doing well with it. (Okay I'll plug it it www.lilhiccupsboutique.com LOL)

I had my son in April of this year and I guess that it is why it is hard to let go of this year. It sure was a memorable one.

This is the year where I learned a mothers true love and the year where anything is possible came to light again.


So 2009 you have been good year to me and my family but now it is time to say ADIOS but you will remain in my heart FOREVER.

My confession

I am a huge teary eye person! I read anything about losing babies, abortions, adoptions and I will lose it I mean I will cry my eye balls out. Right after I read something like that I run straight for my son and thank my lucky stars he is such a healthy boy.

I feel bad for woman who can't conceive and it saddens me that they long to feel their baby in them. For a long time before I was even pregnant I always thought that when I was ready to conceive I would not be able to and I would be devastated.

That is my confession for today!

Ryan's First Christmas!

I got my Christmas Gift!!!!

Finally I was able to get my Christmas Gift! Although I am not allowed to play with it just yet!

After months of basically stalking this camera and bugging hubby to death I finally got it and my smile is so wide. I actually wish I could show you HOW wide with my NEW camera.....but HUBBY has put a HUGE "do not open till christmas sign"! Yep and it SUCKS!!! LOL!

I thought I could convince him but it is a no go. Ughhhh I hate waiting what am I 5??? LOL!

Well anyhow soon I will be able to share my life with you through my NEW Canon Rebel XSi.
